NEAS engages the services of a panel of professionals in English Language Teaching to conduct assessment audits for accreditation and routine monitoring of institutions. Panellists are engaged by NEAS under a contract of confidentiality, and provide a written report to NEAS on each audit.

Following each audit, panellists submit a detailed written report to NEAS. The result of each audit is fed back to the institution, but the report remains confidential to NEAS. Reports are used as the basis of decisions on the accredited status of institutions.
